Shipping & Returns
Shipping.
- Packages are generally sent within 24/48h. after receipt of payment and are sent through TIPSA/CORREOS SPAIN with tracking and delivery with signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
- Normally customers receive the package in 3-15 days. But sometimes there may be short delays.
- Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately and shipping rates will apply to each of them. Your items are well protected.
- Direct download purchases will be sent within 24 hours. (as a general rule the time is much less, they are sent in 1/6 hour.)
Non-compliance with the delivery time.
If you do not receive the products within 30 days, or within the agreed period, you must notify the seller.

Returns
- If you ordered an item in error, i.e. wrong model, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- If the item does not work or needs replacement, we can refund your shipping costs in full.
- The buyer will have a period of 14 days to cancel and return an order for a purchase made remotely or outside the establishment, without indicating the reason and without incurring any costs. This is what is known as the right of withdrawal.
- However, there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, both in distance contracts and in contracts concluded outside the establishment. The right of withdrawal could be inappropriate, for example, due to the special nature of the goods or services.
- Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards, downloadable software, and products with custom codes.
- The right of withdrawal should not apply in the case of goods made to the consumer's specifications or personalized items, including gift cards, downloadable software and products with personalized codes.
- The recognition of the right of withdrawal could also be inadequate in the case of certain services in which the conclusion of the contract implies reserves that the merchant may have difficulty covering if the right of withdrawal is exercised.
