Shipping & Returns

Packages are generally shipped within 24/48h. after receipt of payment and are sent through CTT PORTUGAL with tracking and delivery with signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging and handling fees, as well as shipping costs. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately and shipping rates will apply to each of them. Your items are well protected.

Direct download purchases will be sent within 24 hours. (as a general rule the time is much less, they are sent in 1 or 4 hours.)

Non-compliance with the delivery time.

If you do not receive the products within 30 days, or within the agreed period, you must notify the seller.

If at the end of this period the seller has still not delivered the product to you, then you have the right to cancel the contract or a refund. For more information, read the European regulations on shipping and returns.

Returns

The buyer will have a period of 14 days to cancel and return an order for a purchase made remotely or outside the establishment, without indicating the reason and without incurring any costs. This is what is known as the right of withdrawal.

However, there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, both in distance contracts and in contracts concluded outside the establishment. The right of withdrawal could be inappropriate, for example, due to the special nature of the goods or services, direct download purchases.

The right of withdrawal should not apply in the case of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or personalized items.

The recognition of the right of withdrawal could also be inappropriate in the case of certain services in which the conclusion of the contract implies reservations that the merchant may have difficulty covering if the right of withdrawal is exercised.

How should refunds be made in case of withdrawal?

In the event of withdrawal, all payments you have made, including delivery costs, will be returned to you without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed your decision to withdraw. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method are excluded. The company will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method used by the consumer unless it has expressly provided otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
