Anti-theft radio PIN code for audio unlocking with Comand.
This code will clear the anti-theft message displayed on original Mercedes-Benz displays.
We can clear the anti-theft code for all NTG versions, including NTG3, NTG3.5, NTG4.5, NTG4.7, NTG5.1, NTG5.2, NTG5.5, and NTG6.
This message may appear if you have disconnected the battery, replaced the head unit, or replaced it with a used one.
- What is an anti-theft code? When installing a head unit in a different car, it will be locked. - An anti-theft code is required to unlock it. - To generate an anti-theft PIN code, you will need to obtain the head unit's serial number, either by reading it from the OBD port or checking the unit's label. – You can request the anti-theft PIN code here and use it to activate the head unit via Vediamo/DTS. – Alternatively, you can request it here using the head unit serial number.

Once the anti-theft PIN has been generated, no refunds will be issued. The head unit is guaranteed to accept anti-theft PINs if the parameters below are configured correctly.
Anti-theft PIN generation is subject to service availability.
If the head unit has been reported stolen, it will not work.
You will need an original OEM Xentry Star C4 computer or Xentry VCI with Vediamo or DTS Monaco to enter the code.
If you require remote OEM support, please submit an online ticket.
Before purchasing, please provide the serial number and vehicle VIN to see if the code can be retrieved.
No refunds will be issued once a valid code has been provided.
Do you need the radio code for your OEM Benz radio or COMAND navigation system? If the battery is dead or has been replaced, you may need to enter the code into your radio.
Follow these steps if you need the radio code for your older Benz OEM systems:
First, check your owner's manual. The code might be printed on a small card, about the size of a business card. Also, check the first and last pages of the manual. The code may be printed there.
If you can't find it, please contact us.
Once the unlock PIN code has been generated, please note that there is no return option for this item. The PIN code is sent within 1-24 hours, usually within the first hour.

Where is my purchase?
Direct Download Purchases.

Physical Shipments.
- Packages are generally sent within 24/48h. after receipt of payment and are sent through TIPSA/CORREOS ESPAÑA with tracking and delivery with signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
- All modules are shipped tested, so they are generally shipped within 48 hours.
- Normally customers receive the package in 3-15 days. But sometimes there may be short delays.
- Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs. We recommend that you group your items into one order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately and shipping rates will apply to each of them. Your items are well protected.
Non-compliance with the delivery time.
If you do not receive the products within 30 days, or within the agreed period, you must notify the seller.
If at the end of this period the seller has still not delivered the product to you, then you have the right to cancel the contract or a refund. For more information, read the European regulations on shipping and returns.
What is VIN? Vehicle Identification Number is the car identification number. It is the chassis number of the car.
The VIN is located on the VIN plate located just below the windshield. The VIN can also be found on the label on the driver's side door frame and on documents related to the vehicle's registration, title, and insurance.

Is the car warranty lost when installing Carplay/Android adapters?
The adapter installation procedure is very simple. The connection is Plug & Play type without the need to cut any original cables. Therefore, initially there is no risk of losing the warranty.
