- A Windows or Mac (Mac application available!) computer is required for this process.

- For direct download purchases, basic computer knowledge is required, it is easy to download, decompress the file and copy to a USB key.

- The instructions are detailed and easy to follow, but we will provide full support if you have any problems. To update maps you need a 32 or 64GB USB depending on the version. It is recommended to use a good quality USB.

- You need an ENET Cable (the cable is not included in the order price and must be purchased separately) and the Feature Installer program (this program is provided by us) to activate the unit.

- Carplay activation requirements: Wi-Fi antenna, your phone must be connected wirelessly to CarPlay without any cables. If it does not have a Wi-Fi antenna, Carplay will not work.
