Druk op het pictogram "KAARTgegevens" op het scherm.
Maak een foto van het venster "Kaartgegevens" en verzend deze.
Wat zit er in het installatieactiepakket:
Alle updates worden geleverd met een activeringscode, een handleiding en kaartgegevens die naar uw USB-stick moeten worden uitgepakt.
USB-update: Om een kaartupdate te verkrijgen, moet u een USB-stick van 32GB voorbereiden, de update downloaden (we sturen u de link direct na de betaling) en de gegevens naar de USB-stick extraheren volgens onze handleiding.
U moet ons uw Kaartgegevens" sturen die u kunt vinden op het Kaartgegevensscherm, zodat we een activeringscode voor u kunnen voorbereiden.
Vervolgens moet u de USB-flashdrive in de USB-poort van uw auto plaatsen en wachten tot het updatevenster wordt weergegeven waarin u wordt gevraagd waar u de update moet starten.
Vervolgens wordt er om een activatiecode gevraagd. Voer het in en wacht tot de update is voltooid. Het proces duurt maximaal 90-120 minuten (voor EUROPA-kaarten).
Zodra de pincode is gegenereerd, is er voor dit artikel geen retourmogelijkheid meer.
Let op: Dit is een virtueel product. De activatiecode wordt binnen 1/24 uur naar u verzonden. Normaal gesproken binnen 1/6 uur geleverd.
